MEET THE STAFF!

Todd Griffin

Food & Beverage Manager

Todd was welcomed to the ACC Team in March of 2018.  In his previous life, Todd was a archaeologist, scouring the Tibetan Tombs of Madagascar with his Garret Ace400 Pro Metal Detector he got for Christmas in 2004.   Todd was once faced with a difficult flea market decision when he had to choose between a suede, mauve-colored vest and a velvet painting of a cyclops riding a carousel.  He opted for the painting because of it's artistic portrayal of irony and mystic entertainment.  He also is allergic to suede.
